During Christmas, New Year’s, and the spring season (9.12-11.1 and 15.2-1.5), reservations are only available for a minimum of 7 nights. Final cleaning is included in the price, but bed linen is available as an additional service for a separate fee. At other times, the property is available for booking as usual.

You can easily make a reservation directly through our website. Alternatively, you can contact us by email or phone. We recommend making your reservation well in advance, especially during peak seasons, to ensure you secure your desired dates and accommodation.

The reservation price includes accommodation. Final cleaning is included in the price during the period of December 16th to January 11th and February 15th to May 1st. During other times, final cleaning is available as an additional service. Bed linen and towels can also be purchased as an extra service.

The keys to the accommodation are picked up from a key box located near the property on the day of arrival. You will receive more detailed instructions along with the booking confirmation. The key must be returned to the same location at check-out.

Check-in is available from 5:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. If you require flexibility with these times, please contact us in advance, and we will try to accommodate your request if possible.

Pets are allowed in certain properties by agreement. Please check our pet policy before booking by contacting our customer service at info@visitlumo.com.
